Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping — $6.95 — Delivered within 3–7 business days Australia-wide. All orders are fully tracked.
- Express Shipping — $9.95 — Delivered within 1–3 business days Australia-wide. Available at checkout.
- Free Shipping — Orders over $40 AUD — Standard shipping is automatically free at checkout on orders $40 and above.
- VIP Subscribers — Always Free — Free shipping is permanently included on every monthly VIP box. No minimum spend, no exceptions.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in padded mailers to keep your inhalers safe and costs low. VIP subscription boxes are shipped in a premium box because you deserve the unboxing experience.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before placing your order. 2UP™ is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@get2up.com. We'll resolve it quickly — replacement or refund depending on the situation.
